How To Make Perfect Buttermilk Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1¾ cup low fat milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • ½ teaspoon flavoring
  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons leaven
  • 1 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons milk
Instructions
  1. Blend the milk, eggs, butter, and vanilla during a liquidiser at a medium – low speed till well combined.
  2. Slowly add the flour, sugar, leaven, sodium bicarbonate, and salt.
  3. Continue to mix till the batter is thick and swish.
  4. Add the milk, one tablespoon at a time, till the batter is as thick as honey or ready-mix batter
  5. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and coat it with non-stick spray.
  6. Pour ⅓ cup of the batter onto the pan. stay up for the hot cake to make bubbles on the surface and also the griddle aspect of the hot cake golden.
  7. Gently however quickly flip the hot cake over and cook for thirty seconds or till golden.
  8. Spray non-stick spray between cookery new pancakes.
  9. Serve instantly with butter and syrup.
  10. If you don’t have a liquidiser, all the ingredients may be whisked during a bowl till the batter is swish.
